Get to know our "Unlocking IELTS" instructor, Melanie Johnson!
Melanie Johnson, the creator of our IELTS course, has over 15 years of experience teaching English and IELTS preparation. Throughout her career, she has worked in a number of universities in the UK as well as the Middle East, she has worked for EU Parliament and is now the Academic Director of a language school in Santa Monica, California. In 2017, Melanie was recognized for her achievements and was awarded "Teacher/Academic Director of the Year" by Lead 5050, an organization that celebrates women in international education.
